Update 2: After leaving the PC turned off for a few hours I've booted it up and the rainbow is back.
Update 1: Possible solution pointing to "MysticLigh2_Service" service as the issue: The weird part is that if I use the sync all option from Mystic Light instead of individually setting up every light, for example applying one single color to everything, once logged into windows everything loads the appropriate color. Once logged into windows the MSI service kicks in and the case loads its custom color, the ram stays the same since it was fine from boot, but the mobo lights still load a rainbow effect and not my selected color. When the PC starts up the mobo and case are set on the default rainbow effect (which I assume is normal since windows didn't boot yet) but the ram keeps its custom color. Mystic Light ( 3.0.0.63) is setup so that I have a color for the ram, a color for the mobo lights and a color for the case strips, so everything is applied individually. I've built a new system with a 3700x, B450 Carbon, Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO ram and a Phanteks P350X case connected to the mobo via the JRAINBOW1 port.
